Having chosen our card it was really nice to be able to decide on our own wording and to see how it would look before anything got printed. “To be truthful I tried to make my own Order of Service from one of the layouts. Found it extremely difficult to use. Spent hours doing it. Bought a download. Some of the words were missing on a page. In the end I had to make my own.”

Hi Christine, Thank you for your note. I am really sorry that you had a tough time with our website. We try really hard to make it as simple to use as possible, but it's a tricky system to perfect, and we clearly need to keep working on it! One thing that we have implemented recently that might help is a proof reading option...essentially you can download a watermarked version of your design before committing to a purchase. “Initially I thought I would use the template to prepare my Order of Service and then download it to arrange printing myself. However, I decided to have Utterly Printable print it for me and I was very impressed with the final result in terms of quality, cost and speed of delivery.
