“Really delighted with this service. Great choice of designs... I could have my card exactly as I wanted it to be! I had a sample of my design sent to me for approval. When I saw the great quality, I ordered 100 of the cards and envelopes. Everything was perfectly printed. The card quality was excellent. The cards arrived beautifully packaged and delivered promptly. I'm a very happy customer and would definitely use this company again. Many thanks!”

“Lovely card, great quality. delivery was longer than expected, which was a concern when we needed to get them out to notify people. Turned out more expensive than expected. Headline 'from 29p' only applies if your order 2000 cards...order 30 and it's 1.30 per card, plus envelopes. Maybe a more realistic indication of price on the website...”

Hi there, Thanks for the review. We appreciate the time and thought that went into it. Apologies that your card took longer than you expected to arrive. You did actually place your order on the 12th, and they were delivered on the 18th. This is in line with the tier you selected. You may be interested to learn though that we have started offering an express service this year, and will be taking a day off our standard turnaround time very soon! Regarding the pricing, I understand your point and totally see what you are saying. Respectfully, the fact is that customers do order run sizes of that scale, and that is the lowest price for that product on the website. I can see that your order was at the complete other end of the spectrum, which is why there is such a contrast. What we have done recently is implement a pricing calculator feature on every product page. This allows customers to check prices for all paper types, quantities and add-ons prior to ordering. I hope this will go a good way towards alleviating the problem you described! Best wishes, UP Customer Services

Quality materials, fast service, good price. All in all, a very satisfactory shopping experience and I am sure I will be back for other printing in due course.”
