“What can I say, superb. The design process was very easy, managed to insert all the information and photos that we wanted. Finalised and ordered the orders of service by 3pm and the items were with me by lunchtime the next day (although I wasn't expecting them until the next day). The items were very good quality. “Found the service to be excellent and delivery prompt. Overall, the print quality was fine but not as sharp as I would have liked. The colours were a little muddy, but again, nothing to be overly upset about. Struggled with the site for a while and was a little frustrated at the lack of flexibility that you get from Adobe. But you get what you pay for, and in that regard, it is exceptional value”

“I’ve sadly had the need to use UP for two orders of device this year, but on both occasions the product they’ve delivered has been superb, with no hassle and delivery as expected. The need to design on a laptop/PC is a little limiting, but does get the best from what’s available and the flexibility of designs covers everything that’s required. I would recommend and would certainly use a third time if needed for anything similar!”
