“Very happy with the quality of the printing and delivery. Creating the design on the website could be easier, if you want to change font for all the pages/sections of the order of service it's a complete pain. It would be also be nice if when adding extra photos they could be put into different shape boxes e.g circle or oval.”

“Utterly Printable were wonderful to work with. There was plenty of design choice. I was able to easily upload photos and the result was a beautiful Order of Service for the funeral of my dear dad. Special mention to Customer Service. We had lots to do for the funeral and by the time I finalised the Order of Service, time was short, so I picked urgent delivery. I emailed Customer Service and asked if they thought the Order of Service sheets would be there. They replied with the kindest of emails saying they would make sure they were there and that they would be sent out that day. They arrived - as promised - and they were beautiful. I thoroughly recommend Utterly Printable. Fab product, wonderful, personal customer service. Thank you!”

“I was impressed with the design approach and options on the website and was excited to get the cards. However, they were massively overexposed and so dark that you can hardly see the images properly. This has delayed me sending out the christening thank yous as I now need to get a new set done elsewhere. I will not be recommending your services.”

Hi Alexis, Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your order. We always try our absolute best to deliver the best possible product for our customers. Being completely upfront, we have seen this type of issue before: photos can appear significantly different on a backlit screen, compared to how they look when printed. This is particularly the case for photos on the darker end of the spectrum, such as the ones you uploaded. We do try to highlight this possibility on our website, but we have clearly not been effective enough in conveying this, and we sincerely apologise for that. We are working on a plugin that will be able to detect and warn users when they upload photos that are too dark. We hope to have this live very soon! Thank you again for your feedback! “We used Utterly Printable for all of our wedding stationary - order of service, menus, place names etc. The quality was excellent with rapid delivery and fantastic after-sales support from Chris. We had some custom requests to the back of the order of service including a picture of the wedding car which he dealt with very promplty and we were delighted with the results. The design software in the website is a little clunky but fine if you persevere - it will be worth it.”

“The choice of print styles was extensive. Delivery was very quick. The reason for the lower score was that the template was not simple to fill in as it kept hanging, making it a quite lengthy process to get all of the text we needed into the document and the need to keep saving and reopening the document.”

Hi Nicola, Thanks for your review! I think that is a completely fair comment. Longer, text-heavy products can be fiddly to design online. That said, we have made some really great improvements since you placed your order. The designer section of our site is now much more intuitive and much faster to use. “We used your site to create an order of service for my mums funeral. We found it easy to use and you could save and continue over a period of days until we were happy with the results. We chose to have them printed and sent to us. They arrived earlier than estimated and were excellent. So we were very happy with the site and the end results”
