“Delighted Beautiful quality Great choice or design Quick turnaround Easy to use website My only negative is that I would have preferred a landscape option for the photo on the back of the order of service but couldn't work out how to do it so had to fudge it however I am sure had I had the time to enquire there would have been a solution. I didn't have time though as it was for a funeral in a weeks time”

“While I am absolutely over the moon with the orders of service created - they’re absolutely beautiful - their customer service is pretty non existent. The design process was quite difficult, I used a laptop and an iPad to do it on and every time kept crashing or it wouldn’t save - you’re talking on an up to date Apple Mac! I persevered because I couldn’t find anything else I liked online and was pretty desperate to get them done. I emailed about the issue and then DMd on FB and IG but heard nothing in return. Quite disappointing really - luckily in this instance they still eventually got the sale but pretty poor form to not offer any help and support at all.”
