Ordered this for a friend, they sent a different, cheaper box. Reported to customer service who's response was to ask them to send it back for a replacement 🙄

I thought the box was an awful lot of money for what was inside, although the actual contents were lovely I just felt it was over priced at £30.

I used to be thrilled with everything in this surprise box. However the box now seems to contain a pair of socks nearly every other month! I had socks for Halloween, there were some near Christmas and there were some in this months box. Ok if you like socks but I can't wear them and gift them... so I'm missing out every month .I have unfortunately had to end my subscription. I have had boxes for years. Ever since they were a tiny company just starting out.

Arrived very quickly which is great but item arrived broken. Emailed to let them know, told them it was needed the next day for a gift so just giving feedback but sent another one out. Nice gesture but this also arrived broken. I did say please don't send another as it wouldn't arrive in time for when the gift was needed but they emailed back to say it's already been sent and that was it. Bit disappointing that both arrived broken as items are lovely.

Bought for my best friend for Christmas. Think my expectations were quite high, as to what actually arrived. So was disappointed overall. Content was “ok” but I suppose I didn’t think it was worth what was paid in all honesty.

Bag was lovely but there were some card products that were damaged due to the postal service leaving the paper bag outside in a heavy rain storm. Not fault of treat box

A cute box with nice packaging. For the money paid probably not worth it as quality is pretty standard. Okay customer service as one item I ordered wasn't availble so got it swapped for another item of choice. When I complained about the look of my Hey Pumpkin biscuit I receievd a swift response but wasn't offered a replacement or any sort of compensation. So a nice treat but probably wouldn't buy again as can get most of the the items or similar in normal shops for cheaper.

I thought this would come with a box, very dissatisfied.. I haven’t looked at the products as they are wrapped & it’s a Christmas for my daughter… I have had to buy an empty advent box for this.

Slightly disappointed with some of the products. On the website somethings are pictured as set or even 3 items but then when ordered it means you get only 1 of those. I thought for the price of the boxes they would be a bit bigger than they are. It is a very nice idea but I've ordered from other businesses before where the boxes including items were bigger or more for less.

I used to love these boxes, and had a subscription, however, I recently ordered a Mystery Box, and was really disappointed when it arrived, the products inside weren't anything like the nice subscriptions I used to receive. This one was a hair clip, tea bags, popcorn, face mask and a coaster, nowhere near worth £15, I could have bought that stuff myself for under a fiver. Not impressed at all this time. I feel totally ripped off.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the contents of the TreatBox. It was a birthday present for my daughter and the first item she found was the hand sanitizer, the top of which was completely broken, and the contents had spilled and dried onto the tissue paper. Also the bracelet should have been either pink or grey with a pretty star design, but was sadly replaced by a white bracelet with a plain heart. My daughter was not impressed and couldn’t believe I had spent nearly £30 on the box.

I had high hopes for this as a gift but it quite under whelming. We wants a small gift to celebrate a great success but when it arrives it was a piece of paper, chocolate and face mask. All the additional products shown were extras which wasn't clear.
