“Bought a treat box for someone feeling pretty low after a major op and she loved it and it really made her day. She particularly loved the daisy bracelet . Would deffo recommend and defo buy again . Choosing what to add to the box is a treat for the giver as well . Fantastic x”

“I purchased two boxes as gifts, one standard and one super-sized. The standard box was fine - nothing exceptional but an okay range of little gifts. However, the super-sized box was a huge let down. The gifts were almost identical to the standard box, and those that were different (a mug and a bracelet) could definitely not be described as 'luxury' items. When I contacted TreatBox to advise them of my disappointment the excuse give was that ;not all gifts are to everyone's taste' and that it cost more to send these items. I accept that a mug would be a heavier gift, but perhaps they could consider adding luxury beauty treats instead that would not add to the weight (even if we accept that delivery is charged on top anyway). Overall would probably not buy again, the standard box was alright but super-sized was a super disappointment and massively overpriced - for the money spent I could have bought some full size products to send. Disappointing product, and disappointing customer service. :(”

“Parcel was returned to sender after one attempt of delivery and the person was home. No note or email was left. Paid extra for customs and customer service wouldn’t resend the parcel so couldn’t recommend this service.”

“Love the range of products available. The effort to include high quality, sustainable and vegan products is appreciated. So many letterbox gifts are total overpriced garbage (without naming names!) I know the recipient of my order is going to love the selection and it conveys exactly what I wanted to send her. Keep up the amazing work! I’ll definitely be using TB again!”

“I have ordered several boxes for friends & family from a little pick me up when they needed their day brightening to a birthday present when I wanted something a bit different. There’s something for everyone. Delivery is usually pretty quick even on the free option and everyone has loved their boxes who have received them.”

“I loved the build your own option, great choice of products to suit all budgets. It arrived quickly and my friend loved it! Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Good communication too- the team keep you updated on progress of order and it’s sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery.”

“The perfect treat! I searched google for a ‘thinking of you gift’ and came across treat box! My friend had been through a difficult time and I needed a gift that didn’t say all the usual inappropriate…put your foot in it words. I ordered the Mini Sympathy | Ready to Go TreatBox and it was lovely. A simple little box with no over complicated words or talk of loss. Just thoughtful and kind. My friend messaged me and she was loved her gift and has put the beautiful angel wings in her memory box 🤍 I thought the box was appropriately priced and the postage was incredibly fast!”
