“Good website, easy to navigate, wonderful products to choose from and a great black Friday discount. The recipient was very happy with there products. Only negative, may have been a glitch, I tried to do the photo message upgrade at a small additional cost but it wouldn't work, just wouldn't upload photo no matter what size, format etc, just took me back to the basket. So did a normal note but the post man, delivery service left the box in the rain :-( Minor issue overall as items driable, and love the brand ,have had a TBox gifted to me and that's where I got the idea from,so thank you.”

“I didn’t see the box personally as it was sent to the recipient directly. But my friend absolutely loved it. Just what she needed to pick her up after having some bad news. Very good price! Delivery was super quick!”

“I bought this box as a self-care item, and it did not disappoint. The box was packaged beautifully, and the items themselves were perfect for my sensitive skin and the range of products catered for my sensory needs due to my neurodiversity. I would highly recommend these, and will be buying these again.”

“I love this company and the little gifts that can be personalised for the recipient. This last order I forgot to put the address of who it was to be delivered to, so I quickly emailed and they fixed it straight away with no hassles. My friend received the box very quickly and loved it! Thank you ☺️”

“Lovely as always. The only thing that I would say I am not keen on is the packaging. The box is very hard to open. I wanted to take a look to see if everything was ok. But difficult opening it, so tore it slightly. Last year's was alot better. But apart from that it's perfect.”

“Treated myself to a Black Friday surprise lucky dip bag. Some lovely goodies in there, including a mug, Christmas socks and beauty treatments. Had an issue with delivery, but they checked with Royal Mail for me. All was fine in the end and the products received all safe and sound.”

“Purchased a one off treat box for black Friday and as a first time customer I'm extremely disappointed. I paid around £28 and in my bag was a bubble bath, a keyring, some socks, bookmark, packet of sweets, and other nic naks. Definitely not worth £28. I reached out to ask for a refund and was refused because it was a black Friday offer. I purchased this for my friend and I'm embarrassed to give it to her so it's stored in a cupboard for now. Won't be a returning customer that's for sure.”

“I absolutly love treatbox I have bought a number of boxes over the past five years a lot of build your own and sometimes one off monthly boxes the products are great quality and variety of gifts you can get is great I woul reccomend treatbox to anyone who is looking to buy a gift well done treatbox”
