“Although the goods were lovely the post sale service leaves a lot to be desired. I have sent 2 emails a week apart as an item was missing from the box that I had paid for and another week later still no response”

“Cookie tasted stale and was also past the expiry date. One of the bath bombs barely left any color in the water, didn't last long, the bath melt also left an unpleasant oily layer on the skin. Honestly super disappointed with the products. Embarrassing really coz it was a gift for a loved one.”

“This was bought as a gift for a friend so i can't comment on the items inside (as much as i tried to peek!) but the delivery was speedy and communications great! Also my additional requests were met - so thank you for that! I'm sure the birthday girl is going to love her treat box!”
