“WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Hugely disappointed and honestly, a bit disgusted with this service. They incorrectly printed my delivery label, so didn’t deliver my gift to my friend but didn’t actually let me know it hadn’t been delivered and had been returned to sender. I had to ask my friend if it had been arrived (ruining the surprise element of the gift) and then email them, at which point they acknowledged their mistake for the incorrect printing of the label. They then tried to charge me extra to re post the gift despite THEIR error. And then when I asked for a refund, charged me 25%. Very shameful way of doing business, would not recommend and will definitely be going elsewhere.”

“Sent my friend a mini birthday cocktail box, she loved it! I've received a Treatbox myself for xmas so knew how nice they were. Presentation is lovely and they are good value and something a bit different and personal, would definitely recommend and would purchase another”

“I ordered two treat boxes and they came with a little note on each so I could tell them apart without opening them which was really helpful. The presentation was lovely and a really nice selection of things to choose from.”

“Have been looking for creative and unique gifts for birthdays. I love that you can pick and choose what goes into the basic box. This one was a hit! I added the heart-shaped mug and Gin Truffles, my dear friend was so excited to receive this unique gift. She beamed all night with excitement to try everything; and it was her first Birthday cookie ever, she was chuffed!”
