“I’ve ordered a few times in the last few months and the recipient’s are always absolutely thrilled. The packaging and the presentation is always so pretty. I had a slight issue with my most recent order, which was my own fault and I have to say the way TreatBox handled the situation was extremely helpful and very accommodating. “I used to love these boxes, and had a subscription, however, I recently ordered a Mystery Box, and was really disappointed when it arrived, the products inside weren't anything like the nice subscriptions I used to receive. This one was a hair clip, tea bags, popcorn, face mask and a coaster, nowhere near worth £15, I could have bought that stuff myself for under a fiver. Not impressed at all this time. I feel totally ripped off.”
