All the items in the box are really nice. The only thing I would say is it would be nicer in a presentation box rather than the cardboard postal box it comes in. Also if the personalised note was printed rather than hand written it would have been nicer as it’s not that neat.

I decided to treat my sister to a treat box and she loves pink/peach type colours so all of the items I chose were purposely colour themed. Unfortunately the coaster that I chose specifically for the colour and words did not arrive as ordered. The one that arrived was blue and the words were not as personal to the reason I was sending the box. Apart from that the box did what it set out to do in cheering up the recipient but I was disappointed at this error, whilst small, took away from the theme I was trying to create.

Really liked the treatbox, ordered items to share between the family as a holiday gift. Loved the face masks and eye masks. Was disappointed that the earrings only had one back as that part was for my daughter.

Pretty straight forward order to delivery. Was a bit shocked with the order confirmation email. I ordered a box as part of a bereavement gift for mys friends partners “deathiversary”. I did not expect anything sympathetic, just a regular “we confirm your order” and… the message was very over the top. Not necessarily my taste, when apparently tears of joy, dancing and singing is going on. Also there is a coding error where the addresses are listed in the email, you see the codes. Other than that my friend received the gift and was very happy.

Hi there reference to my recent order I requested that the chocolate truffles be removed and white truffles be put in instead or something else but as the present was unwrapped and items started to be revealed the chocolate truffles were kept in the rest of the box was perfect and I’m happy it’s just disappointing about the truffles and was wondering what can be done to rectify this mistake thanks

Nice items, plenty of choice . My friend liked it a lot. But the delivery process regarding holding back the order (until it’s closer to the actual birthday) could be clearer as you don’t know when it’ll actually be send out. Maybe add a not saying “we usually send it a week before the wishes date” to your emails .

We were really pleased with our treat box, lovely items, varied but had a similar colour scheme which was very pleasing. My teenage daughters loved it but so did I and my elderly mum so it covers a wide range of ages ! Grt gift although tempting to keep it 😍!!

Love treat box and my only feedback is please can you create more items that would suit men? I wanted to send something to a male Family member who has just received a medical diagnosis but there weren’t any items he would enjoy. Might be a gap/ opportunity there. Thanks for such a fab concept though.

I ordered myself a birthday box as, living alone, and with no family, it’s the best way to make sure my birthday does not pass unnoticed. It’s arrived in good time and I was very keen to open it and found lots of lovely things inside it, I felt like a kid at Christmas. It was easy to forget that I’d paid for it myself, and it felt like a real gift.

Lovely idea as an alternative to flowers etc great choice of items. My order was for an 8 year old whose dad died so it was a gift from a group to say we are thinking of you. The reason I scored 4, I signed up but never got the 10% discount email. So missed out on a advertised discount.

The “automatic address“ entering system doesn't work well and so after rreceiving my confirmation email with an incomplete email address on I was frustrated. I contacted customer care quickly. I was very impressed with the fast reply and quick resolution from Natalie Hughes. Great service so thank you!

Good easy ordering procedure. Gift arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Would have been 5 stars but had to do 4 as although Get Well card enclosed it was blank so recipient didn't know who had sent it. I did put message on order.

I've subscribed to a monthly treat box, first time I've ever done anything like this. I was so excited for my box to come. I was a little disappointed obviously you don't know what's inside but I felt it was a bit flat. The contents were wrapped in tissue paper as a whole and a sticker to keep wrapped, I didn't feel it was very special it felt a bit plain. And only getting 6 items I suppose I expected alittle bit more. Advertised boxes always seem more jazzy with like sprinkles or shredded paper as wrapping and as nice as the little treats were I would of liked at least 8 items I feel it would of been more value for money. As things are hard money wise right now I felt it was alot for 6 items. I am gonna see how the next few boxes go as to wether I keep subscribed. I just feel your social media makes them look even better than in person.

Everything that goes into TreatBox takes a lot of time, love and care, to ensure the best experience possible for our customers. We are so sorry that you felt this was not met and i will happily shed some light on the situation. Our Monthly boxes are very different from our Ready to go boxes and Build your own boxes. The monthly boxes never come with shred or confetti, but do come with our amazing monthly calendar and tissue paper to match our TreatBox style. Each month there is a different amount of products, sometimes up to 15 products, it just depends on the theme and costs. I do hope this helps and that you enjoy your future boxes.
