“Shocking experience from treatbox uk. Would NOT recommend anyone use this especially for over seas. Although a U.K. purchase was made from UK company the payment was converted to Euros when I clicked pay which meant a charge from the bank. The delivery charge was excessive for a letterbox package and even though bought as a gift it was put through as a business sale. When delivered my recipient had to pay a large customs fee and an item in the box was broken so not packaged well for the journey. All in all terrible experience and not value for money nearly €80 for a tote bag, biscuit, ceramic, card, coaster and book. Customer service afterwards bad too.”

“Ordered a Tote Bag for my niece. Communication was great, price was great, delivery was great, but the bag was very very thin. I can't imagine it will hold any weight, and given the logo is 'might be books, might be snacks' - it won't hold more than a couple of paperbacks.”
