“Ordered as a gift for a colleague leaving work 8 days later still not arrived alerted treat box of the deadline as person was leaving the business says it’s in the hands of Royal Mail really poor service and mis-selling having paid £4.99 for 24 hr delivery to find 9 days later it supposedly still sitting in a depot. When a refund was requested they ignored my requests.”

Hi Lucy, Thank you for your review I have taken a look into your order and enquiry and I can see this was dealt with straight away after some issues with Royal Mail regarding the delivery address. “I love TreatBox. First, the outright price when you make a box. I’ve looked at similar competitors and they mainly do price per item which makes the price over expensive very quickly. Secondly you have such a lovely selection to choose from. I’ve sent a couple of boxes now and I’ve felt like I’ve got a good match to their personality.”

“Ordered for my two step daughters birthdays this month They were both over the moon with what they received. As they both live in different parts of the country to us it was wonderful to have such a good product to be able to send through the post that they both appreciated The website was so straight forward and a great range of products to choose from As promised delivered the very next day fabulous service will be using again very soon highly recommend this compay”

“I’ve just given the Build Your Own box to my niece for her birthday and there were plenty of OOHs and AAHs. All items were perfect and everything arrived so quickly I couldn’t believe it (ordered Sunday around 5pm and received Tuesday morning).”

“First time I'd come across TreatBox and I'd probably use again, but for a female friend/family. Good variety with the edible treats but more options for the guys would be good. The box also arrived with a lot of pink packaging which was slightly offputting the recipient.”
