“I bought this as a gift for myself for finishing my a levels. I have had many boxes before as presents from family members so I like to support the small business. The box arrived and there was 4 paper clips, a hanging sign, a pin, a drawstring bag and an out of date hand sanitizer, that went out of day over a year before I received it. I contacted customer service and it took a couple of days but they organised a replacement item but when it arrived it was a hand cream and the packaging was dirty. I don’t think I got value for money at all and this experience has put me off from purchasing again. I really do like this business and have supported since around 2017 but I think to be safe if you are ordering do a build your own box because then you know you will be happy with the products, and hopefully they aren’t out of date.”

Great variety to choose from to include in your TreatBox and if you make errors on the recipient details they are on hand, they confirm recipient of change. You are alerted when your TreatBox has been despatched and delivered. TreatBox covers every occasion from sympathy, get well, happy birthday, anniversary, or just because that special person deserves a Treat.”

“The socks I ordered were absolutely adorable, and the customer service was exceptional. Delivery was prompt and right on time. I would definitely recommend this shop and might even treat myself to something next time. The only thing that could make it perfect would be the option to choose specific sock designs.”
