“I brought this for my friend who needed a pick me up and they absolutely loved it. Really good selection of gifts to fill the box, the quality was high and the presentation was very special. Would definitely buy from TreatBox again!”

“I've used treatbox a couple of times now and it's always a great experience. Such an easy and reasonably priced way to send a really personal and thoughtful gift. The people I've sent boxes to have all loved them. Will definitely use again!”

“Lovely selection of gifts to choose from, I bought this as a birthday present gift. I have had a look at other similar companies but this one seemed the best and the most relevant items that I could pick for the recipient. There weren't any items I was disappointed with. They are all good quality and it was easy to purchase and will do so again. The only thing that would have made it even better was if the sticker on the tissue paper on the inside could have been separate as I wanted a peek at all the items before I gift them and struggled not to tear the tissue to see.”

“The most beautiful little company! I emailed to ask if we could swap out some of the bits in a box and they came back to me within minutes confirming. The box was delivered perfectly next day, super speedy. Will deffo order again, my friend absolutely love it. Thank you so much x”

“I ordered 2 mini treat boxes, for 2 friends who had helped me through a recent serious illness. Just a little something to say thank you. The named gift cards were put in the wrong boxes, meaning excruciating embarrassment on my part as one friend contacted me and said she had received something destined for someone else. Once I explained the error she then knew that I had ordered the same gift for another friend as well. It completely spoilt the whole gift giving and receiving process. I was offered a £5 refund and the correct gift cards reissued (which would just have prolonged the agony.) A small refund just couldn’t change the fact that the experience was so disappointing. When I explained my disappointment in a second email, I felt the response was curt, asking what I wanted the company to do. (I no longer want them to do anything). I have used this company in the past and was very pleased with the treat boxes ordered and received, but this experience has put me off ordering again.”

“I've ordered from TB before however this time, one of the items in the box (bath melt) had melted during transit. Natalie from TB was so helpful and replaced the TB straight away. She answered any questions I had and was always polite and friendly.”
