“Oh I was just delighted to receive my first treat box and it was December 1st. What a delight I had while opening it on the 1st December in the evening, the little surprise's are beautiful and I can't wait to use the items this month. Thank you so much.”

“Loved the idea of this and sent a lovely box to my godson. Unfortunately they did not include the card with my message on it so he had no idea who it was from. It was only a week later after I hadn’t heard from him that I found out they’d been trying to work out who it was from. Ordered on the Thursday and arrived in the Monday so just within the delivery time frame - I was hoping it would arrive on the Saturday.”

“The advent calendar is an absolute joke. £95 and the first two options are colouring pencils worth about £1 and the second is diy decoration kit.Nothing like starting this advent with bang. Treatbox you should be embarrassed.”

First, I'd like to gently remind you that the advent calendar contains surprises for each day of the month, and it may not be fair to judge it solely based on the first few days. After all, how can one accurately review something they haven't fully experienced? I want to clarify that I am not embarrassed about our product. In fact, I have carefully curated the advent calendar to offer a diverse range of surprises throughout the month, and the products you have found in the first few days of advent are often featured throughout our ranges. The lower value of day 1 has been intentionally balanced to allow for higher value and substantial gifts in the later days of the calendar. We believe that as you continue to open day, you'll find the overall value well exceeds the £95 price tag. In fact, when you add up the full value of the advent calendar, you'll find an RRP of £140. “It’s nice to get a box with full surprise of contents, and half of the contents were lovely and I’m happy with, it the other half were essentially cards and wrapping paper for other people… I’m not sure why you’d include Xmas cards and wrapping paper in a box that it supposed to be either a treat for yourself or a gift for someone else? Im glad I hadn’t gifted it to anyone else and glad I haven’t subscribed. Nice but not quite worth it in my opinion.”

“Still have not received my £47 10-piece treat box. I missed my initial delivery due to being hospitalised a week ago but a week on and I still haven't received my item. This was a birthday present for a friend and I was really looking forward to giving it to her because it looked great but still no sign of it a week after her birthday especially considering I paid extra for faster delivery.”

“Their normal boxes look lovely and great quality, unfortunately I got a lucky dip bag which was really disappointing. Just bad luck I guess, so unless you have the money spare I would stick to the ones where you can see what you get beforehand.”

Please be assured that we have made every effort to keep the price to a minimum and will continue to honour current price structures. Included in our Black Friday Lucky Dip bags are 10 items, large and small, which then works out at £3 an item, plus FREE delivery. We also have to take into consideration the hard work and materials that go into making each bag amazing! We wanted to be very clear on the product listing and we always hope that when purchasing products customers fully read these listings before making these purchases. As we mentioned, items may be duplicated and from past TreatBox projects and, as this is a lucky dip item, it is all a surprise!
