Service is brilliant, parcel arrived quickly, it was a nice surprise. However I don’t think I would say it’s good value, a box that was £29 would have cost me less than £10 to create myself. Fully understand it’s a business, and money needs to be made, but I just felt underwhelmed for the price I had paid.

The treatbox arrived in good time, nicely packaged, but inwas very underwhelmed with the size of the box for the price. I just expected something for substantial for the price paid. In all honesty you could pick up a few items and put them in your own box for a fraction of the price. But I guess its the convenience you pay for. Wouldn't buy again

It wasn’t for me but for my friend for her birthday. She really loved the contents of it esp the hot chocolate :). But it was delivered a day late sadly.

The products were good and as expected. The packaging was poor. The box was damaged on arrival. It looked like everything was just thrown in. A few strands of ribbons as an afterthought. Overall acceptable but not as luxurious as the website says. Intended to wrap each gift separately anyway so not an issue but would be disappointed If it had been sent straight to the recipient.

Really easy website, lots of nice items, although not much variation, just different colours of the same things. Easy to pick the contents. This was a gift for a friend so I haven't seen the items received. My parcel was posted overseas and although there was a notice online saying customs were not included, I wasn't too worried as I send overseas all the time and have never been charged extra. However on this occasion, an extra £22.16 was charged to get the item delivered once it reach the country of origin which is excessive and meant that the gift was twice the price it should have been. I won't use Treatbox again due to these charges but for anyone sticking to UK delivery it would be ok. Maybe TReatbox could update their T&Cs to say that customs charges will be required and that they are excessively high, leaving no room for doubt.

Made an order for a box for my friends birthday. Asked it to be delivered on 5th June but had a notification on 31st May saying it was delivered (almost a week early) so not sure what’s the point of adding a delivery date. The box was cute, well packed and nice items. When my friend sent me a photo, I noticed 2 of the items were different to what I had chosen online. I hadn’t been given a notification to say anything had been subbed. Could have been really good but a shame that more care wasn’t taken.

We are truly saddened by this and will do everything we can to help. I can confirm that your order did have a do not open date of the 5th of June, and we did dispatch the order on the 30th of May so that it had the full 5 days to arrive. Using our free 48 tracked delivery service is a 3-5 working days delivery which we like to stick to as to not have the orders arrive too late. We would hate for the recipient to receive a late gift! We will also always use our do not open stickers with the date on the TreatBox. I am so sorry to also hear that two of the items were not what you had ordered! I can confirm that we will never just change an item without contacting our customers first, so i'd really appreciate if you could email us at hello@treatboxuk.com where we can get this looked into. Really wasn’t happy with my mums gift. She loved the socks. The writing on the biscuit wasn’t the same as in picture. The other 5 pieces weren’t of any significance. I have to say I’m very disappointed! My daughter-in-law got me a box from you after my op & it was such a wonderful gift. Sorry but I’m not happy.

Purchased a ready made box before cutoff and paid for next day delivery. Was not delivered to royal mail until 2 business days later and delivered on the day following that. Recipient was pleased with gift but if it's time sensitive I'd be wary using them again.

I loved the selection as this was a birthday gift for a friend who has recently moved away. I was disappointed that the gift was not posted through my friends letter box and she had to collect it from a neighbour

So I have the Advent Calendar 2022, and generally I love the contents and definitely worth the price, however I have came across two edible products that I can’t have due to dietary choices, and can’t see anywhere on the listing for the product that the items wouldn’t be suitable for vegans/allergens listed. This seems like a poor oversight from one of my favourite companies, and a disclaimer of allergens/dietary restrictions should have been included. I understand that the products are a surprise but disclaiming this wouldn’t have ruined anything. I am now wary of buying anything from here that has surprise contents, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be using the pre-made treatboxes or build your own as these are great gifts! I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel slightly let down so I felt it needed to be said, especially in case other people may be feeling the same way about the advent calendar. The box was good and the gifts were too but unfortunately the message I had written to be included on the card wasn’t printed in full so my friend had no idea who had sent her the gift.

So the present was great but the message I put in the card was not delivered. There was two boxes to write a message the first one I put the persons name and in the second one I put the message to go inside the card as directed to do so. However the card was delivered just with the persons name and not the message which was disappointing. It meant they had no idea who it was from and had to contact you, I only found out about it as they told me themselves. It might be best to just have one box where you write everything in to avoid this in future.

Really want impressed that rather than admitting they made a mistake, they tried to say they sent it over 2 weeks early due to the Royal Mail strikes. The strikes were only 3 days long. Meant the gift arrived really early and felt like the surprise was ruined a little.

I tried to obtain the 10% discount by subscribing to the news letter with out any luck, so I had to order an advent calendar at the the regular price. I am very disappointed with this service

Nice item but it took over 2 weeks to be delivered though for some reason. Not ideal as it was a present for someone which I was told would be delivered within 48 hours.

A gentle reminder that the upcoming Strike days and any Bank Holidays will cause delays with deliveries due to Royal Mail not working at these times. This will also be very clear on our website and theirs. 
- UPCOMING ROYAL MAIL STRIKES MAY CAUSE DELAYS TO YOUR ORDERS, PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS WHEN ORDERING. READ INFORMATION FROM THE ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE HERE  Strike action will take place on 26 and 31 August and the 8 and 9 September 2022.  On days when strike action is taking place:  * Royal Mail will deliver as much Special Delivery and Tracked 24 parcels as possible * Please order early and be mindful of these delays as during this time our below times may differ and we can not be held responsible.  
Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the indicated timeframe. I have had a look into this and can see that you placed your order on the 25th of August the day before Royal Mail went on strike, then a Bank holiday, then another strike day. There was a missing item, which was the main thing (essentials makeup bag) that was replaced with a face mask. I wasn’t made aware of this item being unavailable from the company and it stated that it had been shipped in the box on my confirmation email. I don’t think a face mask is a fair alternative considering the money you pay for the box. My friend had also purchased myself one as a birthday gift, and the main birthday wishes biscuit was also replaced with a random biscuit, and she was only made aware of this through myself.

Quarterly luxe box is always eagerly anticipated. Not so sure that a beach theme at the end of the summer holidays really fits when autumn is fast approaching but the items themselves are lovely.

I paid for a letterbox gift for a friend's birthday in Sweden. I paid extra delivery given its location. However, my friend still had to pay a fee for this parcel to be released from customs...I am a bit miffed it wasn't explained to me and my friend has had to pay a fee. Perhaps this should be relayed and added to the postage costs.

the receiver enjoyed the box however i paid on the sunday for next day delivery by 1pm but it did not arrive until wednesday, when emailed i was told this only applied for orders on saturday i believe this should be advertised as i paid nearly £7 for next day delivery which didn’t happen
