“I've used TreatBox twice for birthday present surprise and the recipients love unwrapping many little presents and they were beautifully wrapped. Both delivered sent to Switzerland arrived with the time frame. Will definitely use them again.”

“Amazing quality keyring with my bespoke picture. I was dubious of the quality given it's an old printed photo I had taken a photo of on my phone but it barely degraded at all.”

“I ordered a ‘just for you box’ for birthday gift, they received socks and a face mask. As the person has a skin condition the mask is a complete waste, so really disappointing I had the in correct order sent. I had good communication with treat box after the order was incorrectly sent however they request the incorrect order be sent back. By the time I had managed to ask when my family member over 230 miles away a time and date to have the incorrect order made she had worn the socks. Which is great she wasn’t to disappointed by the birthday gift she could still use socks. I have now had to make a re order of the original just for you box so she does receive a gift she can make full use of, and is personal to her. I hope this second order goes as planned. First time using treat box, given a seconds chance to redeem what can be put down to human error and go from there. It is disappointing you rely on gifts for birthday from businesses and it doesn’t work out.”

“I bought the treat box for my mum as she’s recovering from surgery. Everything about the box and the gifts is perfect. I loved the fact that the gift message was hand written, it shows great care and really adds the personal touch. The package was beautiful and the internal decoration, individual gifts were not wrapped so I quickly did that as I’ve told mum she can only open one pressie a day. She has been ringing me daily saying how lovely the items were and how they’ve brightened her day and also made her cry, a great testament to the quality of each item. It was an easy, quick and efficient service and I’ll definitely use it again, It would be good if there were more items to choose from aimed at people who are recovering or coping with difficult times as they have really helped Mum. Thank you for such a fabulous product and service, highly recommended and I will be using you again.”
