“Sent 2 treat boxes recently to friends who loved them . They were easy to order, lots of choice so could personalise the boxes. I e mailed a query which Was replied to straight away so excellent customer service. Would definately recommend and use them again”

“No option to choose a birthday advent box for men? Box is great and nice looking even though all items seem cheap and defo overpriced but most importantly nothing inside fits good for a guy. Very disappointed. First and last. Wouldn’t recommend if you need to send to a guy.”

“I ordered the birthday advent calendar for myself and one of the Mother’s Day boxes. Both came in a timely manner, delivered with care and the packaging for the birthday advent was so fun and exciting! I have loved the gifts included in the advent calendar, it’s been so nice looking forward to opening something new each day! I particularly love the mug, socks and keyring so far, but all the gifts are amazing! 🥹 The team are so responsive with queries and just really lovely and polite, I love everything about Treatbox and can’t wait to be ordering more boxes 🩷”

“I bought one of these as a surprise for my daughter. When it arrived it was beautifully packaged and she absolutely loved it. I forgot to add an item and when I contacted them, they were really helpful and it was very easy to add the extra item. Delivery was so fast too. Quite simply I couldn’t be more impressed with this and will definitely use again!”

“This was the best thing ever!!!! I had been struggling to find a box I could send my friend during a breakup - and the ones I did find were so stupidly expensive for small tat. TreatBox has such a wide variety of items to include in the box, excellent pricing and even hand writes the message you can add on to the end, which was an amazing touch I was not expecting and made the TreatBox so much more personal. I will be buying off here again for so many other occasions and have already told my friends and family about TreatBox! Thank you so much xx”

“Ordered a aluminium photo card which was poor quality with a green tinge & not printed as required. Sent 2 emails & left 1 answer phone message but yet to have a response. Disappointed as it was for a gift. Liked the background of company but only positive is that it came quickly.”
