“Brought this as a gift to show someone I was thinking of them as they had just had an horrible experience and I wasn’t close enough to give them a hug in person. When they received the gift they were so emotional and loved and appreciated it”

“I ordered this for my cuz in Canada 🇨🇦 for a small birthday gift.. went to Royal Mail the same day(placed the order early morning) had updates about it leaving England and that it’s on its way.. can’t tell you about the opening, as her birthday isn’t until the end of June but the service so far has been fantastic.. x thumbs up so far. I’ll let you all know when she’s opened it. Xx”

“This is a great idea for a treat instead of a birthday card or maybe I miss you. They are very reasonable in price, they can be sent straight to the recipient. I sent one to my sister and another to my friend. They both loved them and it was a nice surprise.”

As you can imagine, once we have fulfilled your order and handed it over to Royal Mail, there can be unexpected delays with them, they will list anything on their website so please always check there. “My daughter's sent me this for father's Day, I wish they had spent the money on themselves rather than waste it on this. A cheap soap bag, two tea bags, a biscuit and a shower bomb that after ten mins in the shower produced nothing. I will tell them another day not to waste their money on this again”

“The gift was left in the food waste bin. There was no card left to say where it was. By the time it was found the box was wet and damaged due to the fact it was left in the bin!”
