I can assure you that nothing leaves us damaged, and we follow a strict process and never want our customers to receive damaged items.   As you can imagine, when these are in the hands of the delivery service, we have to hope that they also treat the products with care. “Oh my goodness, they have the greatest customer service! Nothing is a problem for them. I messed up the delivery address, it didn't get delivered, got lost on the return back to them, Treatbox - no problem, we'll send another to the correct address. They are just beautiful to deal with. I would highly recommend them.”
