Love these boxes and the contents were perfect but the delivery guy left the box outside (even tho it fits through the letterbox) and it was raining. My partner picked it up and it all fell apart so all the contents fell out and he saw all the prezzies even tho I’d had a sticker put on to leave it til Valentines Day so ruined the surprise and the satisfaction of opening it all :(

Quick delivery and pretty packaging. Me and a friend bought the full size birthday box for a friend, we were disappointed in the 'quality' of gifts considering we spent £60 for it. I think we were expecting more than some socks, sweets and a beaded bracelet etc unfortunately 😕

I ordered the 2023 advent calendar and I'm sorry to say I really didn't feel like it was worth the money and quite disappointing. The normal boxes always seem to be filled with beautiful, cohesive, surprise gifts but this advent just really didn't hit the mark for me. I felt really underwhelmed opening each day which is a shame because I absolutely loved the packaging and the idea of a new gift each day.

A bit sad about my box as it turned up with an item missing! Also was left outside by the courier to get absolutely soaking wet.

Unhappy with the quality of the items in the advent calendar. For £100 you’d expect some high quality items, instead I’ve received a pen, plastic carry bag, a tiny gem, colouring papers etc.. Really do like this company but disappointed with my purchase. Also told to refund my items, it has to be unopened which means I can’t return this.

Loved the idea of this and sent a lovely box to my godson. Unfortunately they did not include the card with my message on it so he had no idea who it was from. It was only a week later after I hadn’t heard from him that I found out they’d been trying to work out who it was from. Ordered on the Thursday and arrived in the Monday so just within the delivery time frame - I was hoping it would arrive on the Saturday.

It’s nice to get a box with full surprise of contents, and half of the contents were lovely and I’m happy with, it the other half were essentially cards and wrapping paper for other people… I’m not sure why you’d include Xmas cards and wrapping paper in a box that it supposed to be either a treat for yourself or a gift for someone else? Im glad I hadn’t gifted it to anyone else and glad I haven’t subscribed. Nice but not quite worth it in my opinion.

Their normal boxes look lovely and great quality, unfortunately I got a lucky dip bag which was really disappointing. Just bad luck I guess, so unless you have the money spare I would stick to the ones where you can see what you get beforehand.

Please be assured that we have made every effort to keep the price to a minimum and will continue to honour current price structures. Included in our Black Friday Lucky Dip bags are 10 items, large and small, which then works out at £3 an item, plus FREE delivery. We also have to take into consideration the hard work and materials that go into making each bag amazing! We wanted to be very clear on the product listing and we always hope that when purchasing products customers fully read these listings before making these purchases. As we mentioned, items may be duplicated and from past TreatBox projects and, as this is a lucky dip item, it is all a surprise! Very disappointed. This seemed like the perfect idea for someone like myself who just can’t get to the shops as it still seems personal. Order turned up wrong and wasn’t rectified till a few days later when the occasion was unfortunately over

Lovely boxes bought for my team to say thank you for being amazing. Quick delivery and super presentation. Sadly in both boxes the biscuits were broken. I would say the packaging is not suitable for sending fragile biscuits.

I ordered this last wednesday as a pick me up for my sister in jacksonville florida. Shes in hosp with stage 4 cancer and pallative care. Not received parcel yet😪

Nice product from what the recipient says. Poor delivery procedure, confusing and contradictory. Refuses to give accurate dispatch date, condescending customer service. Not worth the hassle.

This is a lovely concept. Not sure I'll order again or recommend to a friend because one of the items arrived broken. If mailing items in a box the products need to arrive in one piece. This is your USP.

Wrapping paper arrived, the cardboard tube was open and some of the paper was torn. As it worked out at 20 pence per sheet, I can’t really complain.
