Quality of products wasn't wasn't best. The cookie had expired by a day and tasted weird. Not a very big fan of the bath melts either

I purchased two boxes as gifts, one standard and one super-sized. The standard box was fine - nothing exceptional but an okay range of little gifts. However, the super-sized box was a huge let down. The gifts were almost identical to the standard box, and those that were different (a mug and a bracelet) could definitely not be described as 'luxury' items. When I contacted TreatBox to advise them of my disappointment the excuse give was that ;not all gifts are to everyone's taste' and that it cost more to send these items. I accept that a mug would be a heavier gift, but perhaps they could consider adding luxury beauty treats instead that would not add to the weight (even if we accept that delivery is charged on top anyway). Overall would probably not buy again, the standard box was alright but super-sized was a super disappointment and massively overpriced - for the money spent I could have bought some full size products to send. Disappointing product, and disappointing customer service. :(

My daughter still hasn't received the parcel and the moment has passed as she was going to a funeral I think the problem is Royal Mail not your company

The stuff was first class but I paid £8 special delivery and it never came til the Wednesday even though it was ordered Monday 4pm and postage not refunded.

I thought the treat would fit through a letterbox so if you were sending it to someone as a gift and they were not at home it would be delivered through their letterbox. I have just received notification that my gift to a friend has been left with a neighbour. My friend has only just moved so I hope it was left with a trustworthy neighbour

Our TreatBox's are made to go through the letterbox, though this will all depend on the size of the recipient's letterbox and the postie delivering the Treatbox. It will also depend on your order and if you have added our larger add on's like Mugs or Candles as these will make the order not letterbox friendly. Had bought some gifts previously which were well received & believed the advent calendar would be of the same quality & standard ,so bought it for myself. So disappointed over the first few days and unwrapped the rest hoping there would be a fair balance. Honestly , some of it is absolute rubbish ,won’t spoil the ‘surprise’ for anyone & appreciate we all have different tastes but I won’t be buying from here again. Best thing about it was the wrapping.

I was so excited when my Black Friday offer arrived unfortunately I feel I might not had the best bag. As I had a friend who had better items and have read a review who also had great items, as I had two pack of seed. But I guess unfortunately that was just the luck of the draw really. I would like to buy again from treatbox but I will maybe stick to choosing my items myself next time.

I ordered two items over a week ago for colleagues. One arrived and one is still yet to arrive. The one that did arrive was beautiful and the recipient loved all the contents, however, it is disappointing that we are still waiting for the other to arrive. It has made me question if I will be using this service again.

Hello, We are so sorry to hear of the issue you are having with Royal mail delivery. This is certainly not what we want for our customers. As you can imagine, once we have fulfilled your order and handed it over to Royal Mail, there can be unexpected delays with them, they will list anything on their website so please always check there. I can see that your order was processed and dispatched to Royal Mail sufficiently. we can most certainly help chase this for you and would have hoped you could have communicated this to us before a review so that we can do so. Hate writing this but I did try and contact Treat Box sbout my issue and they weren't helpful. My friend did say the box was beautiful when I sent it too her but when you place your order it says 10% off first order , but doesn't give instructions how to claim or what till do. There is no place on order form or payment checkout for discount It's very misleading and the staff member I messaged really didn't seem to care . She advised me it was too late and didn't seem to care how they could fix the problem for other customers. The parcel arrived over a week late even though it was marked on it when it should arrive . The staff didn't seem to be interested in any customer service .
