“My package was delivered to the wrong address and rather than sending out a new box to the correct address I have been told it’s under investigation with Royal Mail which is not my fault and now my friend won’t be receiving her gift. Nor have I received a refund!”

“I came across Treatbox whilst searching the web for special gifts that I wanted to send, in total I sent 3 all for separate occasions, and I can tell you these gifts said exactly what I wanted them to. What a fantastic company, from the time I placed my orders to them being received, communication was 100%, if you have any doubts about ordering from Treatbox, please do not, the gifts are beautiful, meaningful and unique. “My latest order was for a melt burner and the item is so lovely, it’s cute as an ornament alone but it’s even more beautiful when you burn the wax melts. I absolutely love all the items I have received so far from treat box. I had the advent calendar for Christmas as a treat for myself and the items were fabulous. I loved them all, such lovely quality and beautiful items. I loved it so much that I have now joined the monthly subscription as a monthly treat to myself. :) and being as I have a big birthday this year I will probably have to have the birthday calendar too haha. Thank you for such lovely items and perfect delivery. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try. :)”
