“Had a couple of issues, but both these were fixed with a phone call. The office staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Brackets fitted easily as did the side steps. Very pleased with the final result.”

“I purchased a set of steps for my 2017 discovery two years ago. For reasons of ill health, these were never fitted. We recently asked our mechanic to fit the kit for us and I believe they were in touch with you for clearer instructions. I understand you refused to provide assistance as this kit was no longer available. Despite being Land Rover specialists they commented that after laying out the kit they still could not figure it out. So I have a kit I can't fit myself and a mechanic that can't do it either plus a supplier that won't help. I would guess the steps will end up in the skip unused. What a waste of money. If I had realised that the kit came with a complex, difficult and unintelligible fitting system I would not have bought it. I think your website could be much clearer on that point. I have only given you one star as there is no option for zero.”

We did on this occasion provide fitting assistance and instructions on the product purchased. Even though we didn't sell the product anymore that you purchased over two years prior, we managed to find the instructions and sent it over If you or your mechanic are unable to fit the product we do offer a fitting service.
