Paid extra for next day delivery (11.02.25) e mails all week saying DPD were sorry they missed me, no delivery van had been near my house (CCTV). E mail Friday saying I could collect the package from my local Post Office on Saturday 15.02.25, 10 min's later another e mail saying the package was available to collect 14.02.25 I now have the package. The dust extractor is a fantastic bit of kit, however, your chosen delivery agents are a set of clowns, utterly useless.

We have reviewed the tracking history for your parcel, and it appears that on February 11th, DPD requested additional directions from you, as the driver was unable to locate your property. Unfortunately, despite two further delivery attempts on February 12th and 13th, the driver was still unable to find your address. As a result, the parcel was redirected to a nearby pickup shop, which is standard procedure when a delivery cannot be completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. DPD sends tracking emails to all customers, providing the option to offer specific instructions for the driver or even upload images of your property to help with delivery. Thank you again for your review, and we’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the items. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

As a power tool wholesaler, we often purchase larger kits in bulk and split them down to offer our customers the best possible prices. In these instances, the item may not be supplied in its branded packaging. We do our best to communicate this on our website to ensure customers are aware when this occurs. Dear Scott, Our customer services team have reached out to you to discuss this review but we haven't heard back from you, unfortunately. The item you purchased from us is shipped directly from the manufacturer as per the description on our website and your order confirmation, so this does not fall under our standard delivery terms regrettably. We do try to be as transparent as possible on our website to ensure that our customers have enough information before placing an order with us, and this information was available at the point of purchase. Wont price match other retail competitors, rolling xxl toughbuilt bag some £20/£30 more expensive

We just wanted to respond to your comments about us not price matching other retailers. We will always consider price matching where we can but this does depend on a number of factors including (but not limited to) our cost price at the time of the enquiry, any deals that are on offer at the time, our sales history on the item in question and also our stock availability. For example, we would be unable to match a price if it means we would be making a loss on the item as this is simply not feasible. The item you are referring to is one of our current best selling lines and we currently have stock available compared to some other online retailers. We are competitively priced on all of the Toughbuilt rolling bags at the moment. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this feedback Gary.

When the sawhorses arrived the packaging was visibly damaged and I could tell it had been opened before and resealed. One of the material rests was slightly bent on one of the sawhorses but I managed to straighten it.

Disappointing. Placed order for a new Dewalt Battery and after 3 failed attempts (apparently couldn’t find my address…….funny everyone else seems to manage it!) had to have it redirected to the local post office for collection (after paying for delivery) and the thing looked like it had been run over when I collected it.

We are sorry that your item didn't arrive in pristine condition. This is certainly not what we would expect to happen as our courier Partner DPD usually offers the best service. DPD has a service called 'can't wait' whereby they will deliver goods to a local pickup shop if the original delivery fails for any reason. This allows customers to still receive their goods in a timely manner. We can see that DPD were struggling to locate your property so the driver dropped the goods off at the local Post Office. Our customer services team have reached out to you via email as this review was the first time we were made aware of the issue. We are always on hand if customers have any issues and we will of course assist you where we can. Thank you again for the feedback - we do appreciate our customers taking the time to rate our service.

Good product but paid for next day delivery and did not get it until next day afternoon. How about a refund?????????? The driver we were messaged as absent when we weren't either notified nor absent. he just did not attempt actual delivery. DPD are notorious for this problem in this area

Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We understand that you have already discussed this review with our customer services department and resolved your issue, but we wanted to reply on here also. Although the DPD tracking shows that the driver did make an attempt to deliver to you, this was unsuccessful and the driver noted that nobody was home to accept the delivery. The delivery was then made successfully on the next working day. We understand that the driver made an error on the first delivery attempt, unfortunately. We have already discussed this with you in more detail David, but we just wanted to thank you again for your feedback as we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible.

Very bad on Delivery ( paid for it. ).. Dpd (their associate) delivered my parcel ( to the collection point) miles away.. that's why asked for refund..

Our courier partner DPD has many different delivery options that customers can utilise in order to ensure that they receive their goods, and one of these options involves goods being delivered to a pickup shop if the customer is not home as this allows them to collect their goods the same day. I understand that there were some issues with your delivery so you requested a full refund, so we actioned this accordingly for you and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Still not received my order. Delivery company (DPD) consistently choose to deliver to my workplace after working hours. No option to change the delivery address. Rather frusttrating.

I received a £500 wet vac that had clearly been opened previously.Hoping it was quality control I opened it hoping for the best to immediately see a broken handle and a little shard of plastic-though not all the broken parts there-again showing it had been broken and returned to box. This created enormous inconvenience as I needed vac for a job, had to return it and then wait days for my money to be refunded.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for leaving a review based on your experience. We are sorry you feel that this has not been dealt with how you would have expected. We received your communication that the vacuum was damaged at 7pm on Wednesday the 21st of November, and as explained to you in our return email, we do not open items at our dispatch so we believe that this was either done at the manufacturer or in transit, however considering the parcel was also completely intact when it was taken in at the property, we would also rule this out. We only received the vacuum into our stock on the 20th and you subsequently placed your order on the 21st and we have not had a return on this product for many years. The return was arranged on the 23rd for an AM collection that took place on the 24th and it was booked back into our Warehouse on Monday the 27th. The refund has been issued today. All things considered, we believe that this is a reasonable time to complete a collection and credit for a distance sale, but we can completely appreciate any inconvenience caused to you as a result of this damage. We will now begin the return to the manufacturer.

Although the majority of our deliveries are made on the next working day, unfortunately this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed as we use an external courier. We do stipulate in our delivery information that regrettably delivery times may be occasionally extended due to issues which are out of our control, but this is few and far between thankfully and our courier partner DPD usually have a very high success rate. The DeWalt saw is great but the delivery process (DPD) was trully hopeless and resulted in the item being delivered 5 days late after numerous false claims by DPD to have tried to deliver when I was at home.

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and we are sorry that your delivery did not arrive next working day as we would expect. According to the tracking, DPD apparently attempted delivery twice before returning the goods back to us as the sender which is standard practice following a failed delivery. We then resent the goods at your request and they were delivered the following day. The tracking appears to suggest that the driver may have gone to the wrong location unfortunately. DPD do send out numerous tracking emails to customers regarding their delivery which include the 1 hour time slot as well as options to leave instructions for the driver including an image of your property. This usually helps if the driver is struggling to find you. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this feedback, and we hope to hear from you again in the near future!

Be warned my company name did not appear on the issued vat invoice., and they will not amend the invoice, despite me entering try company on the account and it showing on the email confirmation!

We are not legally allowed to amend invoices once a customer has submitted their details and the payment has been approved by their bank. However, we became aware of a slight glitch in our system which has since been rectified so invoices can now be generated with the company name, providing this is entered by the customer during checkout. Good price and quick delivery but a ridiculous amount of plastic bubble wrap protecting an unbreakable Dewalt cool box in a massive cardboard box. Must try harder.

Due to the nature of some of the items that we supply, occasionally certain items may be more prone to damage in transit so we do often add extra packaging to avoid damage to handles etc. This may explain why you had additional packaging with this order, but we will certainly review this and make any changes that we feel necessary.
