Dear Mr Rodman, Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we do read all reviews and try to take any feedback on board where we can. Your order was placed after our 4pm cut off on a Friday which meant it was processed on Monday which is the next working day. Your delivery address carries a 2 day lead time from DPD so the parcel was delivered on Wednesday as we would have expected. Thank you again for choosing ToolStoreUK!

“Fast delivery arrived when it should have. Sturdy well packed packaging. Only issue I would say is that a part of the plastic above the LED worklight had broken off. Hence why no 5*. Just have a little look over the body first to make sure. That break cannot have occured in transit.”

In terms of the damage you have referred to in this review, unfortunately I can't see that this was ever reported to our customer services team, and we would always endeavour to rectify any issues such as this asap once they have been reported to us.
