“Still not received my order. Delivery company (DPD) consistently choose to deliver to my workplace after working hours. No option to change the delivery address. Rather frusttrating.”

We can see that you have already discussed this matter with our customer services team and you confirmed that you did receive the goods after diverting the delivery to an alternative address, and we made a note of your comments about the difficulties with this delivery and we logged them with DPD. “I bought a cordless combi drill from Toolstore very recently, but it was not at all easy to use and change the torque setting, or the gear from 1 to 2. The hammer function was very hard to get shifted to. I think it seemed to get a bit easier after handling it for a while, but still difficult and not like drills I have had in the past. Full marks toToolstore, who were extremely good, quick and helpful in getting it collected from me and issuing a refund. I couldn't ask any more than that.”
