“Top marks all round, best price for the Makita drill model I wanted and free postage but I opted for the additional postage cost for next day delivery (£1.95) and it basically be arrived within 24hrs if placing my order! Will certainly be using this company again if I need anything else and they have it in stock.”

“Disappointing. Placed order for a new Dewalt Battery and after 3 failed attempts (apparently couldn’t find my address…….funny everyone else seems to manage it!) had to have it redirected to the local post office for collection (after paying for delivery) and the thing looked like it had been run over when I collected it.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. We are sorry that your item didn't arrive in pristine condition. This is certainly not what we would expect to happen as our courier Partner DPD usually offers the best service. DPD has a service called 'can't wait' whereby they will deliver goods to a local pickup shop if the original delivery fails for any reason. This allows customers to still receive their goods in a timely manner. We can see that DPD were struggling to locate your property so the driver dropped the goods off at the local Post Office. Our customer services team have reached out to you via email as this review was the first time we were made aware of the issue. We are always on hand if customers have any issues and we will of course assist you where we can. Thank you again for the feedback - we do appreciate our customers taking the time to rate our service.
