We are sorry that the parcel was open slightly on arrival, but we are pleased to hear that all contents were there as expected. We will review this internally here to see if we can make any improvements regarding this particular product. We use DPD as our courier partner and the majority of our parcels arrive in pristine condition with no issues, so we are confident that this is an isolated incident. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review, and we hope that you enjoy using your new grass trimmer.
