“I ordered an EINHELL table saw from ToolStore due to the good price and after reading previous customer reviews which were all good. Unfortunately when the saw arrived the box had been damaged in transit, and all of the fixing screws and bolts were missing. I firstly emailed ToolStore and sent photos of the damaged box and they couldn't have been more helpful. Two brief emails and one phone call and a new saw was on my doorstep the next morning. I thank ToolStore for their help and will be using them again and recommending them to friends.”

“Very competitive price and quick service. Any complaint is with the courier DPD who asked for a safe place to deliver, which was given, but on delivery they took it away as they stated I wasn’t at home, but I was. Feel they couldn’t locate my address (a farm). Will use Toolstore again.”

I bought some batteries, because all of my Dewalt tools and batteries were stolen from my van recently. These guys even had the professionalism, decently and courtesy to email me to let me know the delivery may be a little later than advised due to updates from their Courier [DPD]. Only by one day. Will be using those guys again, very pleased...”
