Over the Easter Break we did advise on our website and on order confirmations that there maybe some delays to the delivery service due to the bank holiday and regrettably your parcel was affected. “My purchase was very straightforward, not difficult and with no issues. I was informed that my purchase would arrived the next day, I received a text message on the delivery day informing me of the 2 hour delivery time slot. I received delivery of my purchase in the allocated time slot and I saw the delivery driver bring it to my door, he handled my purchase with care and was both very professional friendly.
