“I was searching for an extra Dewalt battery & came across ToolStores website, I was quite surprised at the price of the battery because some competitors were almost twice the price, the delivery was quick as well, so I’m really happy with ToolStore.”

“Received items the following day and in good condition. Deducted 1 star as ToolStore were unable to Pricematch so had to buy other items elsewhere.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. We will always consider price matching where we can but this does depend on a number of factors and we can only offer this when certain criteria are met. This includes both suppliers having stock, and our current cost price, to name a few. We are constantly monitoring our prices to ensure that we are as competitive as possible and offer the best value for our customers, but occasionally different suppliers may choose to have certain products on really good flash deals etc. This shows how competitive the online market is at the moment. “Description not clear enough, resulted in buying the wrong lawn mower. Wanted wireless electric. Now the wire got trapped under the lawn more and broke. Giving extra two stars for quick email responses.”

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Regarding the item you purchased from us, our website does clearly explain that this is a 240v machine meaning it is powered by being plugged into the mains electric, and therefore is not 'wireless'. It sounds like you were looking for a battery powered machine and these would not be classed as electric as they are powered by batteries. These are 2 different things, unfortunately. I hope this helps to clarify this for you. Had you realised that you had ordered the wrong item, we do accept returns within 30 days providing that the item is unused and in the original packaging, but unfortunately you have confirmed that this item has been used. Thank you for your purchase.

“Not a great deal to say really since the product I ordered was not right. But dealing with the team at Tool store was really easy and they provided me with all of the help to return the product. I was kept informed of the delivery back to Toolstore and informed of my reimbursement - a good company to deal with”

“What a fantastic company very competitive prices I have searched the internet for a product that was not stocked by the usual crowd but these guys not only were cheaper they had it in stock and delivered next day without any more cost would highly recommend”
