“Having bought tools of other sites and always been happy with the service having purchased a router off tool store I found price and delivery to be amazing and will no longer be using other company's I will be using this company for all my needs”

Dear Mr Rodman, Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we do read all reviews and try to take any feedback on board where we can. Your order was placed after our 4pm cut off on a Friday which meant it was processed on Monday which is the next working day. Your delivery address carries a 2 day lead time from DPD so the parcel was delivered on Wednesday as we would have expected. Thank you again for choosing ToolStoreUK!
