“I loved the tool belt and pouch but unfortunately I was not sent the tape measure for free as stated on my delivery note/ invoice. I have sent an email but no one has responded as yet that was 3 days ago 😔”

After speaking with our customer services team, we understand that you had actually contacted the DPD tracking email address rather than our customer services team so we were not aware of the missing goods unfortunately until we saw this review. It looks like the missing item was delivered a couple of weeks ago, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for choosing ToolStoreUK for your recent purchase.

Our next working day delivery service is for all order placed before 4pm on Friday, and as your order was received after 9pm on Friday, it was then processed on Monday when our offices reopened and was delivered on Tuesday as expected.
