I purchased a Dewalt Impact driver as a gift for Xmas - it was delivered on time but wrapped in bubble wrap and in an unmarked plain box. If I give this as a gift then no one knows if it was a genuine purchase. Very disappointed with this situation.

Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. All products that we sell are brand new and sourced directly from the manufacturer, so you can be confident that the item is genuine. In order to keep costs down for customers, we occasionally buy larger kits from Dewalt and sell the components separately (with permission from them), so this means that some items are not supplied in branded packaging as they are broken down from a larger set. When this is the case, we always annotate this on our website so the customer can make an informed decision before they place their order. Very poor delivery arrangements….parcel sent to a pick-up point 3 miles from my home rather than home address.

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we take any feedback on board where possible. Our courier DPD gives customers various options with their parcel such as leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place or have goods delivered to pick-up shops and usually the changes need to be made by the customer using their tracking email or via the DPD app. Thank you for choosing ToolStoreUK for your recent purchase.
