“Ordered a belle generator. Delivery was quick and tool store were the best price. Very happy with the gene and service received. Had to call for a cat receipt. Spoke to two people who couldn't be more helpful. Call was answered quickly and recieved the receipt quickly. Very happy with Toolstore and absolutely will be using them again.”

“I have not used the product yet but it appears to be sound and in its original box. The DPD driver who delivered the product was a cretinous moron. Despite being left instructions to leave product on a small porch at my front door He dumped the product, a box weighing 17.5 kgs on a 77 yr old neighbour who has suffered two heart attacks in the past year. He had no authority to leave this delivery with a neighbour. The product as far as I can tell is fine the delivery was not.”

Regarding your experience with DPD's delivery service, they offer a variety of delivery options for customers. For instance, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a pickup shop, left with a neighbour, or placed in a safe location if you are not going to be home. These options can be authorised through your tracking email or the DPD app. The option to leave the parcel with a neighbour is a standard feature provided by most couriers if the recipient is unavailable. While the neighbour isn't required to accept the parcel, DPD is permitted to attempt delivery to them when the recipient is not at home, as stated in our terms and conditions. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We appreciate you have stated there are no issues with the product, but should you need any further assistance from us, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

The item you purchased from us is shipped directly from the manufacturer as per the description on our website and your order confirmation, so this does not fall under our standard delivery terms regrettably. We do try to be as transparent as possible on our website to ensure that our customers have enough information before placing an order with us, and this information was available at the point of purchase.
