“Fantastic service from ToolStore UK. The online journey was very user friendly to order my product. My product arrived on time and what impressed me most was on my invoice it provided the initials of who picked out my order and also the initials of the person who then double checked it to ensure it was the right product being shipped out. I wish other companies would adopt this approach to prevent either the wrong, or a damaged product being sent out to the customer only for them to return it back.”

Dear Will, Thank you for the review. As discussed on the phone, we sent you the returns information and DPD label on the 16/03, both by email. We re-sent them again yesterday, so you should be able to get the goods dropped at your nearest DPD drop off point for return back to us.
