“Very quick processing of my order it would have been delivered on Wednesday 12th April, but abysmal delivery by DPD meant it arrived Friday 14th very poor service. Waited in for 3 days rubbish service!”

Dear Andy, Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we really appreciate the feedback. Having checked the tracking from your delivery, it would appear that the local DPD depot was experiencing some issues with this particular route which unfortunately led to a delay with your parcel. Regrettably this is outside of our control as all delivery times are estimated, but we can understand your frustrations with this. We usually advise customers that the parcel is only confirmed to be with the driver once they receive their 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but thank you for choosing ToolStoreUK and we hope that this doesn't deter you from ordering from us again in the future.
