“This was the first time I used Toolstore UK and was impressed. They were cheaper then anyone else and the Makita pressure washer I ordered arrived in 2 days. It was well packaged and works a treat. Excellent service and will definitely use them again.”

“Received a defective generator. From the moment I contacted ToolStoreUK I felt their customer service was inadequate. The onus was put back on me to sort problem with the supplier. Problem was sorted by Stephills but no further communication from ToolStoreUK. Will never by another product from ToolStoreUK and would not recommend to anyone.”

Dear Tristan, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Firstly, we are sorry for the issues regarding this order and that you felt our customer service was inadequate. Where a customer reports an issue or fault with an item, we usually need to inspect the goods in the first instance in order to determine the nature of the fault as detailed in our terms and conditions. Due to the type of product that you had ordered from us, unfortunately this needed to be inspected by the manufacturer as we have no facilities on site to complete an inspection in house. I understand that this matter was resolved within a few days of the issue being reported to us. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review, we do genuinely read all reviews and it is always our intention to resolve issues with our customers as soon as possible. We are sorry that you were disappointed on this occasion, that is never our intended outcome.

“I am pleased with the service that I received from ToolStore. I had a little trouble as it the last machine in stock and when I got lost on PayPal and went back the website said there was no stock left. and rang them. A very helpful gentleman told me to be patient and the website would sort itself as my attempt to purchase the Makita electric wheelbarrow had taken it out of stock. Anyway it sorted itself out and I was able to purchase it.. I received the package the following day.”

All payments that are made on our website pass through various security features in the background, and ToolStoreUK have no control over approving or declining payments as this is down to the customers card provider. This is a security feature to protect our customers and it is mandatory whenever people shop online.
