Dear Neculai, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. Our courier partner DPD has many different delivery options that customers can utilise in order to ensure that they receive their goods, and one of these options involves goods being delivered to a pickup shop if the customer is not home as this allows them to collect their goods the same day. I understand that there were some issues with your delivery so you requested a full refund, so we actioned this accordingly for you and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
