“Item came quickly but unfortunately was not quite what we wanted. We hoped for a box with separators not a shaped inside.”

Dear Pamela The item you purchased actually has a removeable hard inlay in the bottom This can be removed by popping a flat screwdriver into the line that runs around the inside of the case. This will pop out the inlay leaving an empty box. We have an image of this on our website or your reference. We hope this helps. As discussed with our customer service department, the deal you are referring to expired on the 31st December unfortunately and your order was placed after that date. The deals validity period was printed on the deal sheet as per the images that we have already sent to you via email, and this was also only valid while stocks last. We have attached another copy of the deal sheet for your reference where this information is clearly shown within the advert. As a goodwill gesture, our team did offer to send you a free of charge SDS drill bit set to use with your machine which you declined. Our sales and customer service teams can be contacted in multiple ways such as via email, phone, live chat or Whatsapp if customers need to check anything before placing an order. We just wanted to respond to your comments about us not price matching other retailers. We will always consider price matching where we can but this does depend on a number of factors including (but not limited to) our cost price at the time of the enquiry, any deals that are on offer at the time, our sales history on the item in question and also our stock availability. For example, we would be unable to match a price if it means we would be making a loss on the item as this is simply not feasible. The item you are referring to is one of our current best selling lines and we currently have stock available compared to some other online retailers. “When the sawhorses arrived the packaging was visibly damaged and I could tell it had been opened before and resealed. One of the material rests was slightly bent on one of the sawhorses but I managed to straighten it.”
