“After a quick internet search which showed the Tool Store to have the best price we bought the Makita hand grass shear. Very pleased with our purchase and their super speedy delivery. Will definitely check their site out again for any future purchases.”

“Delivery was super fast and the price was way cheaper than anywhere else. When my Hozelock arrived, I thought there were parts. I rang the sales department who told me I had to email so I thought oh great, that is t a good start, how long will it take me to get this sorted out now. I emailed the customer service department and within half an hour I had a response, we were in a n email chain for a few emails going back and each response was super speedy and most helpful. I managed to locate the parts as they were sellotaped around the drum once I unravelled the hose from its stand. I found this company to be great to deal with from start to finish from best price, fast delivery, great customer service. What more does a customer want.”

“I made a telephone enquiry prior to ordering my chain saw. The phone was answered promptly by someone who was able to give me the professional advice I needed. ToolStore promised 24hr free delivery which was honoured. An excellent service much appreciated. Would use the service in future if the need arises.”
