“Very good company first time using them will be sure to use them Again everything was as it should be and speedy delivery, Only issue was with the delivery company themselves (dpd) left my 300 pound delivery downstairs in the entrance to the flat , Which considering my area I live in I was very lucky it was still there”

Dear Tom, Thank you for taking the time to leave this great review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Having checked the details of your delivery, we can see that DPD was asked to deliver goods to a flat and they left the goods at the reception in the correct building. For customer convenience, DPD does send multiple emails regarding the delivery, including a 1-hour timeslot in the morning and a confirmation email including an image once the delivery has been made, so that the customer can track the parcel right up to delivery. This usually ensures that there are no issues regarding the delivery and our customers receive their goods correctly. While we do completely understand your concerns about the parcel being left in the reception, we are glad to hear that everything was received correctly, and shared buildings do often have reception areas or security offices for deliveries. In any case, our customer services team would have been on hand should you have needed to discuss any concerns regarding this but we are pleased to hear that this was not necessary.
