“Just dropped in to pick up few items. I'm very pleased you still have the catalogue, unlike your competitors. I suggest you keep it, but don't put the prices in it...we can look them up online. It is so much easier to find the thingmygiggery that you don't know the technical name of in the catalogue. You could update it once a year. I'm sure others, like me, impulse buy when perusing the catalogue. The chap who served my was very pleasant and efficient. Keep up the good work.”

You did place an order with us for a hedge trimmer and this was delivered to you via our courier DPD last week. We are based in Wigan in the North West, so looking at your address, we are not sure that you came into our store, but we do hope that you were pleased with your item in any case. “Having been let down by the shoddy service of a big DIY chain I thought I would give ToolStore a try. What a surprise, significantly better prices and delivery within 24 hours even when I chose standard delivery. Oh, and DPD delivery with great comms on a one hour delivery slot. I give them 5 stars all round and will never go back to the big DIY boys.”

Dear Wayne, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. Our delivery terms are clearly listed on our website here - https://www.toolstoreuk.co.uk/information/86-delivery-info - and we do advise customers that any orders placed outside of our business hours would be processed on the next working day, and delivered the following day. As your order was placed on Friday evening after we had closed, it was processed on Monday when we re-opened and delivered on Tuesday which is what we would expect, as per our delivery terms. “Fast service great products. Only fault I have is the two items were sent lost in a box with bubble wrap. Would have expected items to have their own brand boxes. Inform this is how they are sent out by customer service.”
