“Fast delivery arrived when it should have. Sturdy well packed packaging. Only issue I would say is that a part of the plastic above the LED worklight had broken off. Hence why no 5*. Just have a little look over the body first to make sure. That break cannot have occured in transit.”

In terms of the damage you have referred to in this review, unfortunately I can't see that this was ever reported to our customer services team, and we would always endeavour to rectify any issues such as this asap once they have been reported to us. As you have not been in touch, we assume that the issue did not affect the usage of the item, but we will certainly take your comments on board and pass them along to our warehouse team.
