Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Although the majority of our deliveries are made on the next working day, unfortunately this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed as we use an external courier. We do stipulate in our delivery information that regrettably delivery times may be occasionally extended due to issues which are out of our control, but this is few and far between thankfully and our courier partner DPD usually have a very high success rate. Thank you again for your order!

“Hello, I did call in yesterday as the V-TUF VGM160 Synergy 240v Powertool/Vac Syncroniser has a fault, I had also contacted V-Tuf. I was assured by Toolstore I would be contacted and a replacement organised. I am just checking that this is in the system being dealt with as I have not yet been contacted.”
