“What an amazing shop. I placed order at lunchtime and my order for a Makita drill arrived the next day at 8am. That's better service than Amazon or eBay type outlets and the price including shipping was better too. What can I say the only way to get an item quicker is go to the shop. Fantastic service and easy to use website”

“Excellent service ordered 2 items within 2 minutes was advised that one of the items was out of stock by a lady called Cheryl Alternate was offered for same price and then the items were sent to our house the next day Couldn’t ask any better service”

“Positive: - Superfast next day free delivery on my order. - Safe packaging. - Official Makita dealer. Negative: - One of 4 items - 18V battery arrived functional but damaged body. Two defects probably caused by dropping the item. Also multiple scratches. Could not been damaged during shipping because package had plenty of wraps. - The ToolStore UK site does not tell you when it logs you out. I started browsing the site being logged in. By the time I paid for my order I was loggged out, therefore no history of my order in the account, moreover, no invoice available to extend Makita 3yrs warranty. - Beware of the prices. For some items you may get a very good deal, other items price is way higher than market average.”

“Great product (makita drill) good price dispatched quickly but I did pay £1.99 for swifter postage but delivery company they use (dpd) are clearly are overloading thier staff as driver did not meet delivery deadline and turned up at 5 the next eve and I needed it pronto so minus points for that but overall tool store easy to deal with and will use again x”

Your order was placed on a Sunday when our business is closed, so it was processed on the next working day (Monday) and DPD attempted to deliver on Tuesday but unfortunately this was not successful as it looks like the driver went to the wrong location, regrettably. The delivery was made the following day successfully. Our customer services team will email you regarding the additional delivery charge you paid. Thank you again for the feedback, we do appreciate your comments.
