Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Unfortunately the item that you ordered from us was the last one we were showing in stock, and our team couldn't locate it when we were preparing your order for dispatch, meaning we had to regrettably cancel the order and issue you with a full refund. As the order was placed on Boxing Day which is a bank holiday, we were only able to notify you of this on the 28th when we re-opened, as we were closed for the Christmas break. We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience caused, we notified you as soon as we were aware of the issue when our team was back in the building.
