These are listed on the page below and also confirmed during checkout to allow our customer to see exactly what they are before they choose to continue with their order. https://www.toolstoreuk.co.uk/information/86-delivery-info As your order was placed over the bank holiday weekend, it was processed on the Tuesday when we re-opened and the goods were delivered on Thursday as expected for a 2 day service.
